Políticas de privacidad

Conforme a lo dispuesto en el artículo 19 Nº 4 de la Constitución Política de la República y a las normas pertinentes de la Ley Nº 19.628 sobre protección de la vida privada y sus modificaciones posteriores, el tratamiento de datos personales que se realiza en del Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores, en adelante MINREL, representado por el señor Subsecretario de Relaciones Exteriores, Embajador señor Fernando Schmidt Ariztía, se rige por las siguientes reglas:

• MINREL asegura la confidencialidad de los datos personales de los usuarios que se registren como tales en el sitio Web mediante el o los formulario(s) establecido(s) para esos efectos. Sin perjuicio de sus facultades legales, MINREL sólo efectuará tratamiento de datos personales respecto de aquéllos que han sido entregados voluntariamente por los Usuarios en el referido formulario.
• Los datos personales de los Usuarios serán utilizados para el cumplimiento de los fines indicados en el formulario correspondiente y siempre dentro de la competencia y atribuciones del MINREL.
• MINREL podrá comunicar a otros organismos del Estado, los datos personales de sus usuarios, conforme lo establecido al efecto en la Ley 19.628.
• MINREL, en caso de ser requerido judicialmente al efecto, procederá a comunicar los datos personales de los usuarios que le sean solicitados.
• MINREL podrá comunicar a terceros información estadística elaborada a partir de los datos personales de sus usuarios, sin el consentimiento expreso del titular, cuando de dichos datos no sea posible identificar individualmente a los titulares, de conformidad a la Ley.

El Usuario podrá en todo momento ejercer los derechos otorgados por la Ley Nº 19.628 y sus modificaciones posteriores. En específico, podrá:

• Solicitar información sobre los datos relativos a su persona, su procedencia y destinatario, el propósito del almacenamiento y la individualización de las personas u organismos a los cuales sus datos son transmitidos regularmente;
• Solicitar se modifiquen sus datos personales en caso de que sean erróneos, inexactos, equívocos o incompletos y así se acredite.
• Solicitar la eliminación o el bloqueo de los datos, en su caso, cuando éstos los haya proporcionado voluntariamente o ellos se usen para comunicaciones comerciales y no desee continuar figurando en el registro respectivo, sea de modo definitivo o temporal.

Para ejercer sus derechos el Usuario podrá dirigirse a Contáctenos indicando claramente su solicitud.

Respecto de la recolección y tratamiento de datos realizado mediante mecanismos automatizados con el objeto de generar registros de actividad de los visitantes y registros de audiencia, MINREL sólo podrá utilizar dicha información para la elaboración de informes que cumplan con los objetivos señalados. En ningún caso podrá realizar operaciones que impliquen asociar dicha información a algún usuario identificado o identificable.

Para efectos de la presente "Política de Privacidad", se entiende por Usuario a la persona que voluntariamente se registre en en los formularios especialmente establecidos al efecto. En tanto, Visitante es aquella persona que accede libremente a la información disponible en sin necesidad de registrarse previamente.

In accordance with the provisions of Article 19 No. 4 of the Political Constitution of the Republic and the relevant regulations of Law No. 19.628 on protection of privacy and its subsequent amendments, the processing of personal data that is carried out in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Foreign, hereinafter MINREL, represented by the Undersecretary of Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Mr. Fernando Schmidt Ariztía, is governed by the following rules:

• MINREL may communicate to third parties statistical information prepared from the personal data of its users, without the express consent of the owner, when it is not possible to identify the holders individually, according to the Law.

The User may at any time exercise the rights granted by Law No. 19,628 and its subsequent amendments. Specifically, you can:

• Request information on the data relating to their person, their origin and recipient, the purpose of storage and the identification of the persons or organizations to which their data are transmitted regularly;
• Request to modify your personal data in case they are erroneous, inaccurate, misleading or incomplete and thus be accredited.
• Request the deletion or blocking of the data, where appropriate, when they have provided them voluntarily or they are used for commercial communications and do not wish to continue appearing in the respective registry, either permanently or temporarily.

In order to exercise their rights, the User may contact Contact us, clearly indicating their request.

Regarding data collection and processing performed through automated mechanisms in order to generate visitor activity records and audience records, MINREL may only use this information to prepare reports that meet the stated objectives. Under no circumstances may you carry out operations that involve associating said information with any identified or identifiable user.

For the purposes of this "Privacy Policy", the User is understood as the person who voluntarily registers in the specially established forms for this purpose. Meanwhile, Visitor is the person who freely accesses the information available without having to register in advance.
